I have never been so angry with a consumer service department as the Wayfair . When I ordered a recliner I was told it would arrive Sept 8.
Just before Labor Day I was reviewing my email and recieved a note from Discover Card that 400+dollars had been return to my account. I called Wayfair and was told that the return fee of 200$ was with held because they had try to call and email me but was not able to contact me. Following by my eruption she agreed to return one half of the money. That is the kind of business they are running!
What is stealing? I will notify the BBB and our Attorney General office in Austin, Texas
