I ordered a queen bed despite never having done business w/them AND the price rising unexplicably the day I placed the order. Surprisingly, it delivered a day early-- only 2 of 3 parts--no headboard!
I spoke to them 3 times. They first they assured me it would arrive next day(it didn't) & that it was a Fedex error. Spoke to Fedex & Wayfair for 3 times, Wayfair admitted that the label mishandling to Fedex was their fault!! I asked to get replacement parts & to speak to a mgr.
After requesting to get it overnited the next day, Wayfair decided to resend parts to arrive a 10 days from now! Disputing charge w/CC company!!
