Wayfair delivery sucks!! Orderes a 5 piece kitchen set ...

4 chairs and a table. Ordered on March 30, 2017. Recieved 4 chairs on May 2, 2017 but NO TABLE!!! Called and was told the table was lost in warehouse or transition.

BS!!! Then told they would resend it and we would get it May 31st and we could either have expedited shipping or a percentage off. We chose expedite shipping. The lady said it will get to you by May 23rd.

Then two days later we get an email saying that it would arrive June 7th. Of course we called again and she said I'm so sorry that's my fault we can't resend that just the table. She said we're sending out a whole new set and I can get it to you by June 7th. She said or I can give you a refund but of course I put it on my credit card and I've already paid it all off.

So he said okay it better be here by June 7th. A day later we get an email saying that it will arrive June 8th. Another day later we got an email saying it will arrived by June 13th. Okay totally pissed off now!!

Done!!!!

Called again today and of course no one answers and no one's returning our calls. We just want our kitchen said this is ridiculous!!!!

Wayfair sucks. I attempted to return 2 chairs I decided not to buy, but they would only give me less than 50 percent of what I paid for them.

same thing is happening to me except the order never arrived and it was "lost". still waiting

So get a refund and have a credit on your card.
