Wayfair - Misleading ads

Bought a mattress from Wayfair becuase the ad said free 100 days trail and free return. When I was trying to return the mattress, they claim the free return means no restocking fee, and I have to pay $224 to ship back my mattress. Such a liar, will never buy anything form this dis-honest business. They just tried to trick you and make you keep the product because the expensive shipping.

Saw an item in my Yahoo news feed that was a "sponsored" advertisement by Wayfair. It was an advertisement for a light for $499.99, however when I clicked on the advertisement it took me to the Wayfair site and the price was actually $620.00! I called and the best that...

Wayfair - FRAUDULENT ADVERTISED PRICES

Details
Interested in a bed listed as ~$1300. 4 separate areas in the website all revealed the same price (screenshots saved). As you click on the cart the price chNges before your eyes jumping to $2600 for the same item. Customer service gives the run around that they are "changing the price as soon as they get off the phone" with me as they are admittedly "wrong". (Reps name and ID also recorded). They will not honor their advertised price stating that their site states that their " pricing is subject to change" - yet that same lower price is still advertised on the site as I am speaking to the customer service rep???!!! And after ending the call. ..... Am I missing something here? Oh by the way. They "do not have supervisors available" , nor a "head office contact" , nor "legal contact information" nor "anyone that can DO anything and actually make a decision" . .... Sadness and shame for such a poorly managed website disaster. Clearly fraudulent advertising... Tsk. Tsk Wayfair. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
