I purchased a Storkcraft bunk bed from wayfair. The bunk bed was supposed to be delivered in two boxes.
They only sent one. When I called customer service the rep admitted that the bunk bed had been made available mistakenly and was only available for a few days before they removed it from the website. I was then told that I wouldn't be able to receive the rest of the bunk bed.
When I said that their mistake wasn't my fault she said there wasn't anything they could do. I guess I won't use way(not)fair anymore.
