I don't know if I can accent this enough; so I will just say I WOW, I received wrong product. When dealing with some snotty lady on the phone; and only to found out they said it was shipped.

I told her it was wrong product. She said we sent right product. It was just like a broken record conversation, over and over and over again and again and again..... I never did get right product.

Took months to get my money back. Never use again! If this is what I have to deal with, I will pay more at a local physical store than have to deal with their horrible customer service again.

In fact, I had to buy it at a local store anyways. I got a lot better customer service there.
