I purchased a bathroom cabinet in Nov. 2012 from Wayfair as a Christmas present.
The recipient tried to assemble it on 4.6.13 only to find that the box contained the wrong instructions! I contacted Wayfair, and their response was that since 3+ months have passed, it's my problem and to contact the importer. They provided no contact information. The item is still for sale on the Wayfair website so I replied that their response is unacceptable; they must either supply the correct instructions or send another unit with the correct instructions.
I am awaiting their response and a resolution. I have also contacted the Massachusetts Better Business Bureau as Wayfair is located in Newton, MA.
