Order oak and got cherry. The wrong item arrived on July 23, I called Wayfair and was told they would ship correct item within 2 working day. The estimated delivery date of the replacement was "on or before 7/28/15. After a week of waiting for shipping information I emailed Wayfair asking for the information. The following day I received an email saying they would get back to me within the "next business day". The response I received was "Your order is currently processing at the warehouse and is scheduled to leave tomorrow via FedEx. You can expect to receive your order on or before 8/13. Once your order leaves the warehouse, we'll email you the tracking information."

They can deliver the wrong item within 3 days, however to ship the correct item takes 14 days. Had I known this I would have never started the process.

Not a company I would recommend to do business with.
